Junior Baker, The Downtown Sarnia Bakery, opened on December 15th 2003. Junior Baker makes customized baked goods for people with food allergies and sensitivities. The business offers a full line of Gluten Free Products, and can accommodate most requests for other allergens as well. The bakery is 100% dedicated Gluten Free/Wheat Free. We do not use peanut or any tree nuts in the bakery. We are a by-order bakery… meaning we will make your order fresh and have it ready for you to pick up whenever you need it. Often times we get asked to make products last minute, and although we will always do our best to accommodate your orders, sometimes we are unable to take care of your last minute requests. It is advised to order one week in advance for all bread product orders and two-three weeks in advance for all cake orders.
